Inspiration 11/17/2011
I just returned from attending a 3 day Steven Hill workshop http://stevenhillpottery.com/StevenHillPottery/Home.html in Saratoga NY. It was fantastic! Every once in a while an artist needs a jolt to get them going and this was mine. I am now full of new ideas and directions to follow. I can not wait to get back to the studio and work. Look for some new and inspired pieces for the holiday season! I also met some great fellow potters like Randi Martin Kish http://randimartinkishceramics.blogspot.com/and toured the Saratoga Clay Arts Center http://saratogaclayarts.org/. If you get over there you have to check it out. There is private ceramic studios as well a large classroom and gallery space. Definetly worth the trip. Add Comment SNOW!! 10/28/2011
Woke this morning to find a gift from mother nature! First snow fall of the season. This is the earliest I can remember ever having snow that actually stuck to the ground! It was so beautiful I dug out my nikon and spent the morning in photo mode. What a nice treat! New Website 10/27/2011
